- 1 C full fat coconut milk - see notes
- 1/2 C raspberries, frozen
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1 Tbsp flax meal
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 10 blueberries
- 1/2 Tbsp bee pollen (omit for vegan option)
- 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
- Add coconut milk, banana, raspberries, and flax meal in that order into a blender jar. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer smoothie to a bowl and top with cacao nibs, coconut, blueberries, bee pollen, and chia seeds to serve.
