Ingredients
- 4 oz full fat coconut milk
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 scoop (27g) Vanilla PurePaleo Protein, or vanilla protein powder of your choice
- 1/2 C cranberries
- 1/2 peeled orange, segmented with any seeds removed (Blendtec) or 2 oz orange juice (everyday blender)
- 5 ice cubes
Instructions
Instructions for a Blendtec:
- Add all the ingredients to the Blendtec in the order listed in the ingredient section, above. Either the orange or the orange juice will work.
- Select the smoothie cycle.
- Pour into a serving glass and garnish with extra nutmeg and/or orange zest, if desired.
Instructions for an everyday blender:
- Add all the ingredients to the blender in the order listed in the ingredients section, above. Be sure to use orange juice instead of the half orange.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice and blend again.
- Pour into a serving glass and garnish with extra nutmeg and/or orange zest, if desired.
