Today is the first day of fall, you guys. It makes me sad because the nice fall weather turns into freezing cold winter weather about 20 seconds after the arrival of fall. Or at least that's what happens in the Midwest. I'm trying to remind myself of the good things that come with fall. Scary movies, cute hats, and of course all the apple, cranberry, pumpkin, and other squash recipes you could dream of.
I know everybody's crazy about pumpkin right now (I looove pumpkin!) but I really want cranberry anything and everything well, pretty much year-round. I only have one cranberry recipe here so that needs to change.
Good news! I have a few more fall recipes in the works so I'll be sure to add those to this post. For now, I hope this list gives you some ideas for fall cooking or even inspires you to make something creative of your own. Personally, I need some pumpkin pie and a cranberry orange smoothie ASAP. What are you making this season?

Those all look so good! I love cranberry too, but pumpkin is my fav I think. Last week one night while sitting on the couch I got this idea for a pumpkin BTS cake.. Gotta use up that pumpkin spice creamer somehow! I'm also looking forward to making pumpkin Alfredo, slow cooker caramel apple pie dip, and apple cake! It's cool and dreary here today so this afternoon would be the best time to make something but I am lacking the energy! Is it bad I'm already looking forward to Thanksgiving just so I can make your cranberry sauce?! The BEST recipe for cranberry sauce ever!!!!

Pumpkin Alfredo??? I've never heard of that but it sounds amazing! I love that you always make the cranberry sauce. The paleo one I posted here is so good but the original recipe is definitely the best. That's because it's like 90% sugar with a little fruit. Can't go wrong with that! Let me know how the pumpkin BTS cake turns out. I bet that would be good.
